OpenClawRunner provides hosted AI assistant infrastructure. We deploy and maintain your personal AI instance that connects to messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing valid API keys from your AI provider
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Using the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Any costs incurred from your AI provider (API usage fees)
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use OpenClawRunner to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Distribute malware or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
5. Payment and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your service will continue until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your instance and data will be deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
OpenClawRunner is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
